It’s always been one of my favorite dishes.
You can have meat or vegetables. It’s nutritious enough.
Not only is it easy to do.
The ingredients are easy to prepare, too.
light soy sauce
Refreshing and nutritious stir-fried shrimp with celery
Remove the shrimp threads, rinse and drain the shrimp, add salt, wine and cornstarch, mix well.
Remove the back ribs from the celery with a paring knife, wash and cut it into pieces.
Red pepper slices
When the oil is a little hot, add the ginger and stir-fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until browned.
Pour the celery and red pepper directly into the oil and sauté the shrimp until they break.
Add the shrimp, add soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
Keep flipping for about 3 minutes.
Add a little chicken and stir-fry twice, and then it’s ready to go!
