Repurposing ingredients to teach you how to make super tasty milk pudding
Milk, eggs, salt and black pepper are stirred together, if you like a lot of sauce, you can put 240ml of milk. I happened to have chopped parsley in the house, so I put some in there too to add flavor. No can be left out.
Cut the bread into cubes.
Pour the bread into the liquid, so that each piece of bread is invaded by the liquid.
Prepare any side dish that you want to eat. I used cooked corn kernels, bacon, and small tomatoes.
Find a container and pour the bread into the container first, then the soup as well.
Serve with side dishes
Top with a layer of mozzarella cheese and serve.
170 degrees for 20 minutes.
The cheese is the topping, no you can’t leave it out. The main flavors come from the bread, milk, eggs, and some of the dishes that go with them.
You could tell that the bread had absorbed a lot of juice, bursting with juice in one bite, and the mouth was suddenly creamy and rich.
