How to cook soy beans with eggplant and mushroom sauce
Remove the shells from the edamame beans, clean them, dice the dried mushrooms and beans, cut the tomatoes into pieces and reserve.
Heat oil in a pan, add a little salt and stir fry the tomatoes to make the tomato sauce.
Add the soybeans and mushrooms, stir-fry evenly, add oyster sauce and soy sauce to taste.
Add some water and bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 15 minutes.
At this point add the diced dried beans, give it a quick stir and then close the sauce over high heat.
Remove from the pan and serve.
It’s very appetizing.
