|500g (buy good quality fresh milk)|

Pour the rice + milk into a saucepan and cook on low heat.
Bring to a boil and then add the sugar.
Note: Stir constantly with a spoon while cooking to avoid sticking to the pan.
Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes, until thickened
Allow to cool, then pour into a food processor and puree.
Pour it into a cup and eat it right away. It tastes just as good warm.
It can also be covered and refrigerated for 3-4 hours.
