How to cook chicken with potatoes
Wash and cut half the chicken into pieces.
Blanch the chicken in water with two tablespoons of wine to remove the blood.
Remove the blanched chicken and reserve.
Wash the potatoes, ginger and garlic peeled and peel the sharp peppers.
Slice the ginger, onion and garlic, slice the dried chillies, and cut the sharp peppers into sections for later use.
Cut the potatoes into pieces, rinse the surface of the starch with water and reserve.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, onion, garlic and dried chillies.

Add the potatoes and some salt, stir-fry, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add the bell peppers and sauté over high heat to reduce the sauce.
Remove from the pan and serve, the delicious potato chicken nuggets are complete.
