How to make roast pork with potatoes
Marinate the sliced pork with garlic, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, five spice powder, chili powder, sugar and salt for at least 1 hour.
Slice the potatoes thickly and scrunch them with salt and black pepper.
Put potato slices on a tin foil lined baking tray, then put the marinated pork.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove and brush with tomato sauce, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and cumin, then bake for 5 minutes.
