How to make roasted wheat (beef version, tender and sweet)

Stir-fry the diced vegetables until they turn brown, then add the soaked glutinous rice and stir-fry.
Add the glutinous rice and stir-fry for a few times, then add the seasonings (salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce), and more sugar if you like sweet roasted wheat. Stir fry until the glutinous rice becomes transparent, or stir fry until the sauce is so thick that you can’t see it.
The fried glutinous rice stuffing to the steamer basket, boiling water to steam for about 20 minutes. Remember to leave a hole in the steamer basket for ventilation, otherwise the top layer of glutinous rice will easily get stuck.
