I forgot to take pictures of the previous steps, so I’ll record them here.
1⃣️ Wash the pork and put it in boiling water, add 2 green onions and wine and boil for a while.
2⃣️almost turn off the heat and wash the pork with cold water.
3⃣️ Cut the meat into small pieces, easier to fry and flavorful
4⃣️heat the oil in a hot pan and add the rock sugar and stir-fry on low heat for caramel color.
5⃣️Pour in the pork and stir-fry
6⃣️I use all the ingredients I like at my own discretion hahahaha you can see the taste of your own taste.

How to Make Braised Pork with Rock Sugar
I forgot to take a picture of the fried rock candy.
Caramelize the sugar and add the pork.
Add the ginger and stir-fry.
+ star anise together, pour in the soy sauce and light soy sauce, a little old wine
pour into a casserole
Add boiling water, say the important thing three times, add boiling water, add boiling water, add boiling water, so the meat will be tender.
Add the eggs
Reduce the heat for an hour or so and then reduce the sauce over high heat.
