How to make salted egg yolk ribs
Crush 4 salted egg yolks.
Marinate ribs with ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, five-spice powder and 1 salted egg yolk, stirring well for at least 1 hour.
Cover the ribs with a thin layer of starch.
