Prepare the ingredients you need
Put the whole wheat bread in the oven, bake at 190 degrees for 4 minutes, lightly browned on both sides, then add the cheese slices and bake at 180 degrees for 2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes in order.
Add the ingredients lettuce and crab sticks.
Dip the asparagus in the oil and vinaigrette for half a minute to allow it to take on flavor
Spread the flavored rutabaga evenly on top of the crab roe.
Add the ingredients for the boiled egg in turn (egg boiled for 10 minutes to loosely cook, 15 minutes to cook).
Be sure to press down when wrapping the sandwich, or it will fall apart when you cut it, and the cut will not be neat!
Wrap it in baking paper, cut it into pieces, arrange the plates, and you have a nice and tasty crab stick sandwich!
