Authentic Sauna Chicken in Chicken Tender Soup
Remove the bones from the chicken, slice and cut the meat. Add carrots, water chestnuts, Chinese yam and Dendrobium and cook on high heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then transfer to an induction cooker. Wash and cut all the ingredients and put them on a plate.
