How to Make Sausage with Cucumber
Sliced cucumber, and since it was cold, I sliced up some ginger
The sausage used was extra tender square leg sausage, 250g sliced into fifths, that’s 50g sliced.
First put the ginger in the pan, then cucumber, then add sausage, sausage is open that is real, so add some salt and stir-fry a little bit on it!
