How to Make Lamb with Scallion
Prepare the main ingredients.
Shallots rolled and chopped.
Marinate the lamb rolls in wine, soy sauce and pepper for at least ten minutes.
Then put oil in a pan, stir-fry the marinated lamb slices until they change color and serve.
Put oil in the pan, stir-fry the shallots, add the lamb you just cooked, then add a little sugar.
Remove from the pan! Very tasty!
