How to make lasagna with scallion and oil
Melt the yeast in warm water, pour it into the flour, add sugar and mix with chopsticks to form a ball.
Knead the dough with your hands to form a smooth ball and let it ferment for 30 minutes in a warm, airtight environment.
Add 10g of oil and mix well, then add salt and pepper and mix well.
After 30 minutes of fermentation, the dough will be slightly grown, shape and roll out as shown in the picture.
Cut 6 slits with a knife, smear evenly with oil, sprinkle with green onion, fold up one layer at a time and shape into a circle.
Roll it out to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Place in a pan brushed with oil.
Turn on the lowest heat, spray the surface of the pie with water and sprinkle with a full layer of white sesame seeds.
Cook for about two minutes and then turn over. Turn every now and then until the cakes are lightly browned on both sides and cooked through.
