Pumpkin shredded (pumpkin must be bought very large for you to cut a piece of the kind) + salt + an egg + a little thirteen spices + water shallots
Add the flour, a little more cornstarch.
Stir well clockwise, you can taste the saltiness, if light, add a little more salt.
Brush the pan with oil. If you like it crispy, add more oil.
Scoop a spoonful of the batter and gently scrape it flat with the back of a spoon
Keep the heat on medium-low, turn over when one side is set, beginners tend to turn over easily
Brown on both sides and serve.
