How to make scrambled eggs with tomatoes
Peel the persimmons and cut them into small pieces, I use a knife to peel off the skin of persimmons to save time, you can also use boiling water for 5 minutes to peel off

Scramble the eggs in a bowl and put the persimmons in the pan without adding oil or brushing the pan.

The persimmon juice was more juicy, and I ended up thickening it with starch, so I didn’t need to thicken it if it wasn’t juicy.
