How to make seafood kimchi fried rice
1、Seafoods are cleaned and drained. Choose the seafood you like, today I chose clam meat, shrimp and salmon.
3、Dice onion, mince garlic, chop onion and green onion respectively.
4, Heat oil in a hot pan, add garlic, onion and green onion.
5. Stir fry the spices, then add the seafood and stir fry until 7 or 8 mature, then add a little fish sauce and stir fry evenly. (The fish sauce is added to make the seafood fresher and a bit more flavorful. If not, it’s okay.)
6: Add the kimchi and a little sugar and stir-fry until fragrant. (The sugar is to balance the sourness of the kimchi and make the rice taste better.
7) Pour in the prepared rice and a little Korean chili sauce and stir-fry evenly. (Be sure to break up the rice with a spatula while stirring.) (You may or may not add Korean chili sauce, but if you like it spicy, you can’t leave it out.
8: After stir-frying, test the taste and add some soy sauce if it is not salty enough. If the taste can be, we finally add a small piece of butter (butter) and stir-fry evenly until the butter melts. (Having kimchi and Korean spicy sauce is almost salty enough, the purpose of adding butter is to make the fried rice more flavorful.)
9: Finally, sprinkle with green onions, white sesame seeds and seaweed crumbles, and add a sunny side up egg and it’s perfect.
It’s very tangy.
It tastes better than you can imagine!
A spoonful into the mouth.
The sun’s egg is its soul.
Remember to eat it with egg sauce!
2、If you don’t have overnight rice but want to eat fried rice on the same day, you can cook the rice in advance, but be careful of the amount of water you use. The amount of water needed is only half or more than half of the amount of water used for cooking. Once cooked, open the lid to allow steam to evaporate fully and let it cool before stir-frying. Today’s fried rice is made with freshly cooked rice, and Queenie always uses freshly cooked rice for her fried rice.
