How to make seafood noodles with no soup left over.
1. Remove the shrimp threads from fresh shrimp, peel out the shrimp, squeeze out the black stuff from the shrimp head, and reserve the shrimp head.
Slice the onion and ginger for later use, and marinate the shrimp and scallops with a little salt and pepper for 20 minutes. Use scallop column should be better, I did not buy.
3. pan hot oil, under the onion, ginger and shrimp fried shrimp oil, pour in some water, add a spoon and a half of light soy sauce, a spoon of oyster sauce to boil.
4. When the pan is boiling, pull out the shrimp heads, add the seafood mushrooms, shrimp, scallops and hand-rolled noodles, and when the noodles are cooked, add some salt.
Simple seafood noodles, but very tasty and not fishy!
