How to make seasonal sugar osmanthus
Remove the stems and impurities from the picked osmanthus flowers.
Don’t you think it’s especially nice when you mix two kinds of osmanthus
Prepare a dry, clean empty jar of granulated or white sugar.
A layer of granulated sugar at the bottom of the jar, followed by a layer of cinnamon and then sugar.
Cover the last layer with granulated sugar.
Top with honey and refrigerate tightly with the lid on.
After a week, take it out and stir it, then put it in the refrigerator, stir it for two weeks and then use it.
A full bottle of cinnamon nectar turned out to be this much. We’ll make more next year.
