How to Make Sesame Glutinous Rice Cakes
Prepare the glutinous rice flour, sesame seeds, stuffed sesame seeds and cinnamon sugar
Sesame Peanut Filling (This filling is made from ground cooked peanuts, powdered cooked sesame seeds, sugar, a dash of Chen Pi baking powder and lard)
Cinnamon sugar stuffing (the cinnamon sauce in my recipe is rather thin, so I simmered it in a saucepan with a little rock sugar to thicken it up and re-canned it)
Glutinous rice flour, filling rolled by the head, ready to be wrapped
Press the glutinous rice flour to cover the rounds and then stick the sesame seeds, put it in the pan, fry slowly over low heat, until the middle slowly bubble and hold it down until it is cooked.
