How to make sesame peach cakes
Whisk eggs, corn oil and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl
Sift in the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well with chopsticks.
Divide the dough into 30g portions, roll them out and place them on oil paper.
Preheat the oven at 180℃ for 2 minutes and place in the oven.
Bake at 180℃ for 10 minutes, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds, bake for another 10 minutes.
Bake until golden brown on top.
One bite and it’s all crispy.
