How to Make Brushed Pork Scallops (Easy Version)
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and place them in an oil and water free container.
Oil+Milk, whisk to combine and turn creamy white.
Sift the pre-weighed low gluten meal into the oil+milk mixture and mix well using the Z-movement.
Add the egg yolks, again using the Z technique, and mix the batter until it is as fine and grain free as in the video.
Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat the egg whites 3 times with the sugar until they are dry and frothy.
Spoon the beaten egg whites twice into the batter and mix well with a tossing motion.
Pour all of the batter you just mixed into the egg whites, and also mix them well by tossing them, using a quick technique to toss them evenly, not too long to avoid defoaming.
Then put the batter into a piping bag, or plastic bag, cut an almost large opening at the tip, and squeeze the cake body to your desired size.
Preheat the oven at 150 degrees on the top and 110 degrees on the bottom for 5 minutes, then bake in the oven at the same temperature for 21 minutes. Each oven temperament is different, I’m just talking about the temperature my oven needs, so you can adjust the temperature according to your own oven temperament! Ha.

To make the rasped spuds, mix all the real ingredients except the oil, then sift and steam in a pan for 20 minutes.
Pour the corn oil or butter into the steaming batter, mix it with a whisk until it looks like the video, put it into a piping bag.
Take a slice of cake and squeeze in your own size amount of tapioca on the opposite side of the cake.
Then cover it with another slice of cake.
Smear the sides and top with the salad dressing, then place the year that you touched the salad dressing on top of the meatloaf.
Put salad dressing on the up side, too.
Then roll the cake in an even layer of meatloaf.
