How to make shredded pork and pomelo peel
Prepare the grapefruit peel, peeling off the outermost yellow peel.
Slice and soak. Soak for almost a day, changing the water 4.5 times in between. Squeeze the water out each time you change the water, then put them in fresh water to continue soaking.

Two hours before cooking, blanch the grapefruit peel. After blanching, continue to soak, squeeze the water moisture soak, squeeze the water moisture. Repeat this two to three times.
Mince the garlic cloves, stir-fry over low heat until lightly browned, add the seasoned pork and stir-fry for color, pour in the water, then pour in the drained grapefruit peel, cover the pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
