How to make shrimp and pepper teriyaki gluten
Boil a pot of water and scald the gluten until it deflates and softens.
Marinate the shrimp in the wine and white pepper, slice the bell pepper, and mix all the spices (leave the starch out).
Stir-fry the shrimp, then put in the gluten, turn the heat to medium, pour in the water and seasonings, stir-fry evenly and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Then add the peppers and stir-fry, and finally starch to thicken.
