How to make shrimp and tomato pasta
1: Sauce: add 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp tomato paste, salt and mix well.
2: Dice the tomatoes and shrimps, remove the black lines from the belly and back, then marinate in cornstarch and salt for 2 minutes.
