How to Make Shrimp Vermicelli Casserole (Easy version)
Remove the strings from the shrimps (keep the heads intact), soak the vermicelli, slice the onion, chop the shallots and mix the sauce according to the ratio.
Pour in a little oil, stir fry the shrimp heads, add some water and cook for a while to remove the foam, this soup will be added to the vermicelli later. (If this step is too much trouble, I think you can skip it and replace it with water.)
Add the ginger, garlic and shrimp and stir-fry until half cooked. Add the soaked vermicelli, add the freshly boiled shrimp stock (or a little boiling water) and let the vermicelli inhale.
You can use other kinds of shrimp to substitute for the black tiger shrimp.
