Shrimp Curry How to make
First, remove the shrimp threads and cut the whiskers when you have time –
I’ve only got onions and garlic, both cut into small pieces.
I used this for the curry, there is a dosage on the back that reminds to use six, I used three and the flavour was already strong, in fact I only needed two here! Just fine. More for heavy tastes, huh
Add the onion and garlic, then the shrimp, add the curry cubes, add some water, reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce becomes thick.
