A while ago, I received “Marujo Fresh Soy Sauce” and I made some recipes about it, and they all tasted great. Today, I’m going to share a fried rice with shrimp and soy sauce recipe. When we want to fill up our bellies, but are too lazy to do so, a serving of rice and ingredients can satisfy our appetite with a simple stir-fry, like this! You can try.
Overnight rice 300g
30g sweet corn kernels
Maruzo Soy Sauce 30ml
Salt and a dash of black pepper
How to make shrimp fried rice [cooked by Mr. Kong].
Peel and wash the carrots and cucumbers, then cut into cubes and set aside.
Remove the heads and shells from the prawns, open the back and remove the threads, wash and reserve.
Add 10 grams of salt to a pot of boiling water and blanch the prawns for 30 seconds, then remove from the heat and set aside.
Blanch the carrots, diced cucumber and sweet corn kernels for 30 seconds and remove from the water to be used.
Add 3 grams of salt and beat the eggs to make an egg wash.
Heat the oil in a pan at 70 percent, add the egg mixture and fry quickly.
As soon as the egg mixture solidifies, pour in 300g of overnight rice.
Stir-fry the rice with a spatula to break it up.
Add 30ml of Marutosho’s freshly brewed soy sauce.
Stir-fry until each grain of rice is evenly coloured.
Add the diced carrot, cucumber, sweet corn and shrimp.
Season with a little salt and black pepper and stir-fry until evenly distributed.
Serve and the fried rice with shrimp soy sauce is done!
