Eggs. Two, four.
Shrimp. A small bag from Daily Fresh.
Salt. Two teaspoons.
A little bit.
How to make shrimp slippery egg (super rice, lazy people must simple and violent linguistic deliciousness)
A small bag of frozen shrimp bought by Daily Fresh, thawed and soaked in salt water so the shrimp could be more flavorful! If you have the means, buy the expensive ones. It’s tastier to get the shrimp yourself.
For two people, four eggs are enough! Add the green onions, a thumb-sized spoonful of salt, and mix well (I’m told adding a little water and starch to the mix makes the eggs fluffy) It’s smoother.)
Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the shrimp (may be frozen shrimp, old feeling it is still raw, not cooked, so I did not put the egg in the mix, direct heat the oil and stir-fry it).
Pour the egg mixture evenly over them, and stir-fry them randomly within 30 seconds. Fire should be high, enough oil, about 2-3 times the usual cooking oil, too little oil is likely to stick to the pan, and not smooth and tender enough!
Delicious and fragrant. I like to sprinkle a little bit of soy sauce on top of the pan to make it more fragrant.
