How to make shrimp with garlic and vermicelli
①Process the shrimp, trim the whiskers and remove the threads.
Attach the shrimp thread method: poke a toothpick diagonally from the third section of the shrimp back, pick out the bottom line, do not use too much force, it will break.
(2) Soak the vermicelli in boiling water.
③Put the green chili pepper and garlic in a food processor, or chop them by hand.
