How to Make Simple and Delicious Spicy Shrimp
Most restaurants will use sand shrimp, there’s almost no meat left after they’re oiled so I use Roche shrimp, even the heads are edible.
Cut off the shrimp spears, tongs, and heads. Drain well.
Fry in moderate oil for 3-5 minutes, remove and reserve.
Hot oil, pepper, garlic and sauce.
