How to make sliced radish with sauce
Wash the radish without peeling and slice it. Let it marinate in sugar for two hours to release water.
Cut the ginger and garlic into julienne strips and reserve the dried chillies with a pair of scissors.
Season the pickled radish seasoning. The salt does not need a lot, because soy sauce is used. It is filled with aged vinegar, balsamic soy sauce and sugar. The taste is the right amount of sweet and sour, and the sweetness can be a little lighter.
After two hours the radish pickled out the water. Pour off the water. Rinse the radishes a little with pure water, squeeze out the water and put them in a bowl.
Put the mixture into the radishes and mix well. Put them in the refrigerator.
