Biscuits (salted with Salty Biscuits)
Nuts (cashews, pine nuts, almonds)
Snowflake ❄ Crisp #Wheat Kitchen Gourmet Pot
Prepare the above ingredients
Preheat a gourmet pan over low heat and melt the butter.
Pour in the marshmallows at this point turn off the heat as well and use the remaining heat of the gourmet pan to melt!
pour milk powder
Pour in the nuts and chopped peanuts (just to be clear, it’s better to fry the nuts a bit before making it, or warm them up a bit, as they’ll taste better and be crispier).
Put in the biscuits and just crush them with your hands (use shortbread biscuits, that’s what makes the snowflake crisp tasty)
Put on gloves and knead evenly with your hands (turn on the heat a little here) tossing the whole time on low heat.
Pour the milk powder into the mould.
Pour ingredients into molds, press firmly, and wait to cool
Sieve into the milk powder after it cools (here’s a hint, to wait until it cools and then sieve into the milk powder, very hot sieve will melt, will also be very sticky, there will be no snow cakes like it).
Isn’t it beautiful
After you’ve made the soufflé, you can invert it onto the cutting board.
Before cutting into pieces.
It’s delicious! It’s not too sweet, not too greasy, but crispy with a little bit of crunch, just the right amount of softness.
