How to make Soy Sauce with Shiitake Mushrooms and Pork (Non-Spicy Version for Kids)
Pork washed and diced.
Dice mushrooms and red peppers small.
Heat oil, add spices, stir fry aromatic, add pork, stir fry to scatter, pick out the spices, add soy sauce, wine, salt and stir fry until fragrant. Add the mushrooms, red pepper and soybean paste and stir-fry until cooked.
Serve in a sterilized, airtight bowl, cool and refrigerate.
