How to make pasta with minimal ingredients
Bring water to a boil, with a little oil and some salt in it, and cook the pasta. It will cook for about 15 minutes.
This is the garnish I used.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the toppings, they are for one person, you don’t need too many, I used ground chicken.
When the time is up and the noodles are cooked, strain it out and reserve it for later.
Preheat the wok, pour in the cooking oil and heat until 6 minutes hot.
Stir fry the garlic and onion first, then the ground meat.
Stir-fry the minced meat until it turns white.
Add the spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and black pepper sauce.
Sauté for a while.
Add a little water and a spoonful of salt and fry well. Test the saltiness.
When the sauce is ready, pour the pasta into the pan and stir it with chopsticks to make it taste good. This process is done with the heat off.
Plate it up and you’re ready to enjoy! Since my daughter doesn’t like scallions, it would look better visually with green scallions on the side
