How to make spicy fried pork with rice
Slice the onion into strips.
Pork is thinly sliced, or you can buy supermarket sliced meat.
Make the sauce: 3 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp garlic paste. Add a little pepper and half a teaspoon of sesame oil.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and sauté.
Add the pork slices and stir-fry evenly.
Pour in the sauce, stir fry and add onion, add about 300ml water.
If you like cabbage, you can add a small amount of cabbage.
Stir-fry dry and serve over the rice.
Arrange the omelette, sprinkle some sesame seeds and finish. (The omelette wasn’t very successful.)
