How to make spinach noodles
Wash and blanch the spinach, then puree it in a juicer with water.
Weigh the flour and salt, mix well with a spatula, make a nest in the middle of the flour and pour in the spinach mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and molasses for 15-30 minutes.
Take out the molasses dough and cut it into equal portions, 130-150g portions, just the right amount for a meal for one person
Press all the dough through in first gear, until each piece of dough is smooth and regular.
After all the dough has been pressed in first position, press through in 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions.
If you like thicker dough, press to 4th gear, if you like thinner, press to 5th gear, after all the dough is pressed, you can cut the dough, if you like wide dough, cut the wide dough, if you like thin dough, cut the thin dough.
If you don’t finish it, seal it in the sleeve and freeze it in the refrigerator.
