How to make sponge cake
Add eggs and powdered sugar to main pan. Set 13 minutes/45 degrees/blade speed 4. (Do not cover with measuring cup lid)
Do not add anything. Set 2 min/blade speed 3.5. (Do not cover measuring cup lid)
Add the salad oil, milk and sift in the low gluten flour. Set 4 seconds/blade speed 3
Pour into molds. Send to oven at 150 degrees for 35 minutes. Remember to preheat the oven beforehand.
Invert to cool.
