How to make Starry Night Meringue Cookies
Put the egg whites and powdered sugar together in a whisking bowl.
Sit on a saucepan smaller than the size of the whisk and fill it with 1/4 of the water.
Gently stir the egg whites and powdered sugar in the whisk bowl
Until the powdered sugar is completely melted, remove from heat.
Beat meringue powder with a whisk.
Beat until smooth and creamy with firm little bends.
Divide the whipped meringue into 3 portions and add the desired coloring/powder to the mixing bowl.

Separate meringue frosting into piping bags with 10 tooth daisy spouts.
Slowly push the frosting into the laminating opening.
Squeeze out the cookie shapes
Sprinkle with star decorated sugar chips and bake in the middle of the oven at 90 degrees for about 70 minutes
Cool the meringue in the oven and store it in an airtight container.
