How to make steamed ham and meat loaf
Add the dough ingredients to the mixer and mix (add or subtract milk according to water absorption).
Knead the dough until the surface is smooth.
Then divide the dough into several small dough balls, (5 small dough balls per mold) cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 5 minutes.
Take one of them and roll it out with a rolling pin into a cow’s tongue.
Place diced ham and meatloaf on both sides, not in the middle
Roll it up from the bottom.
Cut in half with a knife.
Place in prepared molds (I used 6″ for my y, 8″ is better)
Ferment in the oven at 35 degrees for about an hour (put a pot of hot water in the oven to maintain humidity).
After fermentation, brush a layer of egg yolk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Steam in a steamer for about 20 minutes, let sit for 5 minutes before taking out
Soft, unbaked bread and you’re done.
