How to Make Steamed Buns
Boil all the vegetables used and put them in a juicer to destroy the fruit.
Add some lard to the dough, make the dough honeycomb shaped, take out the dough and roll out the dough, then shape it to your heart’s liking.
Put directly into the steamer and then the second fermentation for about half an hour you can open fire and steam, steam for 15 minutes off the heat for about 3 minutes and then open the lid and remove it can be eaten.
