How to make steamed buns with black sesame and egg
Get your materials ready.
Slice the buns to about 0.5cm thick.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Dip both sides of the bun slices into the egg wash.
Fry all until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the egg mixture all over the pan evenly (use a large hole strainer.) Cover and bake slowly over low heat until the egg mixture is set and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with some black sesame seeds and finish!
