How to make steamed buns with pumpkin
Put the pumpkin slices on a plate and steam them, then cool and weigh them.
Pour the yeast, sugar and pumpkin mixture into the flour, stir with chopsticks, then mix with your hands to form a dough, knead until the surface is smooth, put it into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and ferment (about an hour).
Ferment well and squeeze into a shape you like (use a knife to make a rice figure)
Boil water in a pan, add the buns and steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not remove the lid during this time. Steam for about 5 minutes before removing the lid.
