How to make steamed buns with pumpkin puree
1. Peel and slice the pumpkin, steam it. for 15 minutes
Put it in a bowl and crush it into a mud.
Add flour and yeast powder and mix with warm water to form a dough.
Knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands. Knead it until it’s smooth, covered with plastic wrap, until it’s twice the size.
Roll them into long strips and cut them into small doses, kneading them one at a time a few times for a better texture when they are cooked.
Remove from heat and steam again for 5 minutes without covering.
