The one with more bones is often used to cook it.
The ones left with a little more meat usually do a stir fry or stew.
Today I switched to steamed chicken, which is light and tasty, my favorite way to eat.
Like to season lightly, so usually only use up to salt and no added soy sauce.
For those who find it lackluster, the seasonings could be a little richer, such as oyster sauce, sugar, and pepper … could all use a little bit more!

Steamed Chicken Nuggets with Oyster Mushrooms
Soak chicken pieces in bleeding water, rinse and drain. A spoonful of starch + Thousand Harvest Unadulterated soy sauce + ginger + salt, grab and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Slice the apricot mushrooms and shred the carrots.
Take a bowl and spread the sliced oyster mushrooms all over the bottom of the bowl. If you don’t have one of these, a regular bowl will do.
Put in the marinated chicken pieces and sprinkle with the shredded carrots. Steam the chicken in a pan of cold water for 30-40 minutes.
