How to Make Steamed Crucian Carp with Minced Pepper
After killing the crucian carp, hit the fancy knife, then add a few slices of ginger, shredded onion, a spoonful of salt, a little wine, some pepper, mix well and marinate for a few minutes.
Soak the ginger and pepper into a mince, the garlic patted and minced, and the red millet spicy cut chili rings (thinly sliced).
Add some oil in a pan, add the pepper, add two small spoonfuls of bean paste, add the pepper soaked ginger, fry the ingredients on low heat, then add the garlic, then serve these ingredients out.
Boil water in a pan, put a steamer grill on it, and put a plate with the carp on it (you can put a little ginger under the fish).
Put the ingredients on top of the fish, cover the pan with the lid and steam for 8 minutes.
When the carp is steamed, serve it out and sprinkle it with shredded green onions, millet spicy rings and steamed fish soy sauce.
Pour a spoonful of boiling oil over the fish and put the coriander leaves on top.
