How to make steamed eggs with broccoli and shrimp
Bring a pan of water to a boil, blanch broccoli for 20 seconds, and shrimp for 5 seconds.
Stir in the eggs, add the salt and water and mix again.
Find a large bowl and place the tender tofu in the bottom of the bowl, pour in the egg mixture and arrange the broccoli and shrimp in order.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in a steamer on high heat for 15-18 minutes.
Add soy sauce, water, shallots and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well.
Pour the sauce onto the steamed eggs and you’re done.
