How to make steamed eggs with herring and meat
Remove the giblets and gills from the herring, wash it well and put it on a plate.
Rub the herring with salt, put the ginger and a spoonful of wine and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
When the marinade is complete, remove the ginger, rinse the fish a little, add a little more salt and crack 2 eggs into the dish. Add a few drops of salad oil.
The water boils and steams in a pan for about 12 minutes.
