How to make saffron steamed eggs for menstruation and skin care
Prepare an egg by taking the tip of a small fruit knife and piercing a small hole on the large side of the egg.
Take five saffron stalks.
Stuff it in the egg.

Put them in a cup and cold water in the pan. Steam the eggs cold water at the same time open the pan over water. When the water comes to a boil over high heat, turn down the heat and steam for about ten minutes.
Steaming is done. First time steaming. Saffron is usually made into tea.
