light soy sauce
fermented soya bean curd
Steamed eggplant with bean curd for the lazy man.
Peel the eggplant or leave it unpeeled. Line a flat dish with them and reserve! The nutritional value of unpeeled is high, but the taste is bad I like peeled eggplants. There are different names for eggplants: eggplant, dwarf eggplant, purple eggplant! I don’t care about the eggplant. I’m taking the eggplant. I’m making good food!
Take two small pieces of rotten milk. Remember: just the roti, not the juice inside the roti.
Put the bean curd in a small bowl, add sugar, light soy sauce and chicken extract and mix well to make a sauce. Pour the sauce over the drained eggplant, add cold water to the pan and steam the eggplant for 15 minutes. Gently press the eggplant with chopsticks to soften the eggplant.
Choose spicy or plain rotis. We recommend: Guanghe Beancurd. If you can’t buy it, try the one I posted in the picture, Kwong Chung Wong Bean Curd.
Don’t buy the wrong southern curd! We’re buying hummus!
